1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ARRO in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2 Description of Service

ARRO is a homebuyer guidance and real estate services platform that:

• • Provides educational content and tools to help users navigate the home-buying process
• • Connects users with licensed buyer's brokers and real estate service providers
• • Offers a Co-Pilot to answer questions and guide the home search process

ARRO is an informational and referral platform. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage and do not provide real estate, legal, financial, or tax advice. Any information provided through the Service is for general informational purposes only.

3 User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• • Provide accurate and complete registration information
• • Keep your password secure and confidential
• • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4 Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• • Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without our permission
• • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5 Real Estate Professionals

ARRO connects users with independent, licensed real estate professionals ("Brokers"). These Brokers are not employees or agents of ARRO. We do not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the services of any Broker listed on the platform.

Your interactions and agreements with Brokers are solely between you and the Broker. ARRO is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or outcomes arising from those relationships.

6 Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Creative Acorn LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our express written permission.

7 User Content

By submitting content to the Service (including reviews, comments, or profile information), you grant ARRO a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the Service.

You represent that you own or have the rights to any content you submit, and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

8 Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (including social media platforms, lenders, and other real estate service providers). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. ARRO is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

9 Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARRO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

ARRO does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREATIVE ACORN LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creative Acorn LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Santa Fe County, New Mexico.

14 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
